Officials Liability Insurance Options

All umpires must carry liability insurance. The mandatory annual CIF registration provides each official with liability insurance that covers CIF-sanctioned games only.  If you require liability insurance coverage for other games worked that are not CIF-sanctioned, here are a couple of options:

National Association of Sports Officials (NASO)

More expensive, but more comprehensive coverage and a free subscription to Referee magazine.

National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) Officials Association
